EIC Pitch Guidelines

EIC is an onchain media organization celebrating ETH, Ethereum and onchain culture. Every quarter, EIC produces EICQ–a free digital publication for Ethereum enthusiasts.

Each issue is packed full of Ethereum’s most compelling narratives; including coverage of cutting-edge applications to valuation theses and analysis.

We launched in March 2024 and received over 250,000 mints between over 100,000 unique wallets. Over 40 ETH of proceeds were donated to Protocol Guild.

EIC Quarterly would not exist without the authors from across the Ethereum ecosystem who contribute their voices. Your story will appear in digital and physical EIC03 publications.

EIC03 release date is mid/end of October. We're excited to hear from you!

How it Works

•  Submit an Ethereum-focused topic/story idea that you are passionate about (net new or repurposed content)
•  Stories will typically be between 500-10,000 words with an average of 2,000
•  Include a proposed word count
•  Your story will fall into one of these sections: Culture Corner, Surfing the Chain, Future of Finance, Investing in ETH, Scaling Ethereum
•  Sample topic areas:  DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, onchain media, automation/ai, onchain games, ect.

What you will Receive

•  0.1 ETH/1000 published words for net new content OR 0.059 ETH/1000 published words for repurposed content, disbursed at publication
•  A percentage of the proceeds from your story mint
•  Showcase your work to thousands of readers
•  Contributor recognition at the beginning of the issue (PFP and bio)
•  1 quarter of Founders Club tier membership

Submission Process

•  Once you submit your pitch, our team will review and respond with a decision within a week
•  If approved, we will send additional framework materials before you start working on your story
